"Overcoming Stress for Frustrated Fundraisers

REGISTER NOW

8:00 am Registration, networking & breakfast
8:30 am Welcome and Speaker
10:00 am Program Concludes

Stress and frustration felt by professional fundraisers feeling pressure to succeed can be enormous.

Adding to the problem is research showing a large percentage of fundraisers are looking to leave the profession AND a large number of nonprofit CEOs are wanting their development director to leave.

Pharrell Williams' Happy song may not be the theme song for fundraisers.

Hardy Smith will help those attending this session deal with these challenges by offering positive reinforcement, plenty of practical how-tos, and some tough love—all with the purpose of turning stress into success!

Learning Objectives
At the conclusion of this session, participants will learn:
  • Acceptance of needed behavior changes
  • Identification of action strategies for overcoming professional stress and frustration
